Everything we publish is built on publicly available information and on reviews that guests published online themselves. If you work at a hotel we have covered, you can ask us to correct the page or to take it down. We answer every request and we do not ask you to justify it.

We work only from publicly available information: the hotel's public listing and the guest reviews anyone can read online. We use no private data and we are not the hotel.
