The bit the hotel does not tell you

The rooms facing the street are the ones guests fall for, with high ceilings and views over the neighbourhood. The trade-off is daytime noise when the windows are open. At night the area calms down and several reviews describe it as genuinely quiet. So the trick is simple: if you want the view, take the front and close the windows when you nap. If you want silence, ask for an interior room and keep the view for the walk outside.
