The parking lot is outside the ZTL, Milan's restricted traffic zone, which the reviews treat as the real reason to stay here if you arrive by car. Reviews quote different prices, from €18 to €30 a day, so ask when you book rather than assume. Same story with the bottle of water in the room, one guest on a three night stay at €300 a night got one and expected one a day. The terrace rooms come up more than once as the ones to ask for.
